TIP OF THE WEEK
"Since a baby's diet mainly consists of milk, it is important for a parent to know how to protect their baby's new teeth from the sugar in the milk. Parents should not let the baby sleep with a bottle filled with milk. Because a child's saliva production slows down while asleep, the saliva will not work to cleanse the teeth, therefore making the teeth susceptible to decay caused by sugar settling on the teeth for extended periods. In order to avoid baby bottle tooth decay, a baby should be encouraged to drink water at the end of the day after his or her last bottle of milk."

Teeth are important because... it is essential for eating...
My tip for a healthy smile is to brush 3 times a day and floss daily!
I take care of my teeth by brushing twice a day, in the morning and at night.
I use a toothbrush with soft, rounded-end bristles and a head that is small enough to reach all parts of my teeth and mouth.I usually replace my toothbrush every 3 months.
when I am outside the country or on long vacation somewhere else I always bring and use my electric toothbrush because powered toothbrushes with a rotating and oscillating action are more effective than other toothbrushes
general tips: Brush all surfaces of the teeth, tongue-side and cheek-side.
